London Moore, Oklahoma, is Tri Delta’s 2020 Sarah Ida Shaw Award Winner. On this episode, she reflects on her journey in Tri Delta and the hard work and support of others helped her be a better leader. As a leader in Theta Gamma Chapter, she found herself inheriting a legacy of leadership from generations of women whose footsteps she followed in. She discusses challenges and roadblocks she faced as collegiate chapter president, when a crisis occurred involving Tri Delta and the OU community. Through adversity, she and her chapter stepped up to create lasting change and a safe space for others to thrive and be heard. Her Tri Delta experience has been such a growth experience, she is not fearful of what her future holds.
